Holiday Inn Rolling Meadows

The Holiday Inn Rolling Meadows, a 234-room is a full service Holidome hotel.  The hotel completed a multi-million dollar renovation in 2007 which repositioned the property as the dominant mid-market hotel in the area.


Holiday Inn Express Rolling Meadows

The Holiday Inn Express Rolling Meadows, a 135-room hotel located in the vibrant Schaumburg, Illinois market, was added to the Associated portfolio in 2007.  The hotel is conveniently located near O'Hare International Airport and major interstate highways.  The hotel ranks number 1 in Guestview scores in geographic set.


Holiday Inn and Suites- Minneapolis Airport

This 430-room Holiday Inn and Suites adjoining the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport opened in June 1981 as a 300-room hotel.  A 130-unit suite addition was completed in December 1986.  The hotel enjoys substantial occupancy premiums to the market and has won various achievement awards from IHG over the years, most recently the Quality Excellence designation.  After a sale of the hotel in 2007, where Associated was retained as the manager, the hotel underwent a $10 million renovation that included all guestrooms, public areas, and meeting space.  The hotel is repositioned to compete with lower upscale brands in the Bloomington market.

Holiday Inn Hotel- Appleton, Wisconsin

This hotel is an 8-story, 228-room Holiday Inn Hotel which was opened in late 1985 and has held a dominant position in its market.  Since 1987, the hotel has been awarded many of the top Holiday Inn awards and is currently ranked 90th in the Holiday Inn system.  With a recently completed $1.3 million renovation to the guestrooms and public areas, the hotel continues to perform substantially better than the market with a yield index of 115% in 2009.


Radisson Duluth

The Radisson Duluth hotel consists of 268 guestrooms distributed in a combined circular, 16-story tower, and a rectangular addition.  A major renovation was completed in June 2005, which has enabled the hotel to improve its strong position in the market.  The hotel has realized dramatic increases in total sales and more than doubled the net operating profit.  It is connected via a skywalk to all the major downtown office buildings as well as the "DECC," the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.  The hotel was sold in 2007 with Associated retaining management.  It is currently undergoing a repositioning and renovation of its revolving rooftop restaurant. 


Doubletree Little Rock

In November 1994, the company acquired the 287-room Camelot Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas.  After completing an $8.0 million top to bottom renovation, the hotel was flagged as a Doubletree in November of 1995.  After only twelve months of operation as a Doubletree, the hotel began operating above market levels from both a penetration and yield standpoint.  Sold in 2007, the hotel completed a $9 million renovation and continues to be a market leader in downtown Little Rock.

Holiday Inn Express and Suites

In September 2008, the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Waukegan, IL opened.  The hotel offers 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and includes 24 suites and 6 whirlpool rooms.  The hotel is well positioned in a vibrant market that includes heavy corporate, leisure and military businesses.  The hotel has been able to achieve a RevPar penetration of well over 100% in its first year open.


Holiday Inn Hotel Rock Falls

Associated Hotels LLC was engaged in September, 2009, to take over this 117-room property for the lender and stabilize the property for possible sale.  Associated implemented cost controls, revamped the work force, provided accounting systems, reestablished property position in the community and developed positive cash flow for the property.


Crowne Plaza Englewood

This 194-room hotel is strategically located less than 5 miles from downtown Manhattan.  The hotel has over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and ample free parking for your guests.  Associated was brought in to stabilize the work force, improve occupancy and rate penetration, and enhance customer service.
